In Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, UPS Express costs €35 and arrives in 4–5 working days. Metielle Couture pieces are made to order and have their own timing: 7–10 working days of production plus 5–10 days of shipping within Italy, so for a Metielle gift allow 3–4 weeks.
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item; from Italy it is free with the label we provide. Your refund goes back to the payment method you used or, if you prefer, becomes a discount code of the same amount with no expiry date. Made-to-measure products cannot be returned.
