Return Policy

How to request a return:

To start the return process, please kindly follow the mandatory procedure described below:

1) Send an email to info@wananluxury.com.
2) In the subject line of the email, enter "Return" followed by your specific order number.
3) Indicate in the body of the email a business day on which the courier can come to collect the package.

By carefully following this procedure, you will help us speed up the return process efficiently, allowing us to provide you with the necessary support at every stage.

Once we receive your request, we will send you everything you need to complete the return. This will include detailed instructions and a waybill, which will guide you step by step through the correct return procedure.

Timeframes and conditions:

All items may be returned to WANAN within 14 days of the date of receipt, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005. The return request must be sent within 48 hours of the product's receipt date.

Conditions for return:

  1. The security thread on the items to be returned must be intact and not broken.
  2. Products must not be washed, used or tampered with.
  3. No label or trim must have been removed from the garments.
  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of wear.
  5. Each returned item must include all accessories and the original packaging received with the order.

Refund Method:

The refund will be made using the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer. Alternatively, you can choose to receive the return amount in the form of a coupon code, always valid for making other purchases on our site.

Shipping costs and shipping protection are not eligible for refund.

  • Australia: 45 AUD
  • Hong Kong: 300 HKD
  • Japan: ¥4,000
  • Europe: €30
  • United Kingdom: £30
  • United States of America: $35
  • Rest of the world: €50

Notes:

- Returns are not accepted for made-to-measure products.
- WANAN reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not meet the stated conditions.
- WANAN reserves the right to withhold any payment fees for suspicious, cancelled or withdrawn orders.
