Returns
In short
- You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, as the law provides.
- Start a return by e-mailing info@wananluxury.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject.
- From Italy the return is free with the label we provide; from abroad there is a fixed cost per country.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used, or as a voucher with no expiry.
How long you have to return
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item, as provided by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. Within that window you can start the return whenever you like.
How to request a return
Write to info@wananluxury.com stating:
- in the subject, the word “Return” followed by your order number;
- in the message, a working day on which the courier can collect the parcel.
We reply with detailed instructions and the waybill to attach to the parcel.
Conditions for a return
- the security tag must be intact and unbroken;
- products must not have been washed, worn or altered;
- no label or seal may have been removed;
- products must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of wear;
- each item must include all the accessories and packaging received with the order.

How and when the refund arrives
The refund is issued to the payment method used for the purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders it is made by bank transfer. Alternatively you can choose a discount code for the same amount, with no expiry, to use on our site. Shipping costs and shipping protection are not refundable.
What cannot be returned
Made-to-measure products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorised returns or returns that do not meet the conditions above, and to withhold payment fees on suspicious, cancelled or uncollected orders.

How many days do I have to return a product?
14 days from the delivery date. There is no shorter deadline for starting the request.
Is the return free?
From Italy yes, using the label we send you. From other countries there is a fixed cost: €30 in Europe, $35 from the United States, €50 from the rest of the world.
Can I exchange the size instead of returning?
An exchange is handled as a return followed by a new order. Write to us and we will guide you.
When will I get my refund?
Once the return has arrived and been checked. It goes back to the payment method used for the purchase, or as a voucher with no expiry if you prefer.
The security tag has been removed — can I still return?
No. An intact tag is one of the conditions for a return to be accepted.
