Main rules for shipping an insured package:
The insurance allows you to get back 50% of the amount spent in case of package loss.

always sign upon receipt of the package WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION, both for visible and hidden damage; this must be documented and also signed by the carrier with the shipping company's stamp. Without this procedure, the insurance will reject the "claim report";

in case of visible damage, put every detail in writing with the carrier; the carrier must then make the internal report and open a claim file;
in case of damage, report the incident within 48 hours of confirmed delivery; the insurance does not accept any claim after this deadline;
document the damage with photos, videos, etc. and keep the packaging as evidence.

Once this is done, request from the carrier all the necessary documentation, which must be sent to our email address together with the identity documents of the declarant, which must match the name and surname on the shipping address.
