Payment methods accepted
You can pay for your order with:
- Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and prepaid cards on those same networks, PostePay included.
- PayPal, with your account balance or the linked card.
- Revolut Pay, charged directly to your Revolut account, and payable in dollars from abroad.
- Scalapay, to split the amount into interest-free instalments.
- Klarna, available on our US store.
- Cash on delivery, paid to the courier on arrival, available for shipments within Italy and for orders up to €999.
Whichever method you choose, for deliveries within the European Union the price shown at checkout is final, with nothing appearing afterwards.
Paying in instalments
With Scalapay you can split your purchase into several interest-free instalments. The amount is divided automatically at checkout and there is no extra cost compared with the price shown: in total you pay exactly what you would pay in one go.
The request is completed during the order, with no documents to send, and the answer is immediate.
Which currency you pay in
The price you see is the price you pay, in the currency of the country you have selected. We apply no exchange mark-up: any difference comes from your card issuer. With Revolut Pay you can also pay in dollars from abroad.
When you are charged
The amount is charged when the order is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after confirmation, we refund that part without you having to ask.
Duties and taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, the total at checkout includes VAT and no import duties are due: nothing further is asked of you on delivery.
For destinations outside the European Union customs territory — for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein — import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Security
Payments are handled by the respective providers' networks over an encrypted connection. Wanan neither stores nor sees your full card details.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay with PostePay?
Yes. PostePay runs on the Visa or Mastercard networks, so it is used at checkout like any ordinary card: enter the number, expiry date and security code.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Scalapay, interest-free and with no extra cost compared with the price shown.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, with your account balance as well as with the linked card.
Can I pay with Revolut?
Yes. Revolut Pay is available on all our stores and also lets you pay in dollars from abroad, charged directly to your account.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, for shipments within Italy and for orders up to €999: you pay the courier on arrival. Above that amount cash on delivery is not offered at checkout.
Are there any charges that appear after the order?
For deliveries within the European Union, no: the total at checkout includes VAT and duties, and nothing is due on delivery. Outside the European Union customs territory, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. Payment is handled by the provider's network over an encrypted connection, and we neither see nor store your full card details.
